My old passport has valid H1 visa stamp from previous employer. H1 Visa expires in 2005.
*Can I enter US with that stamp? or do I have to get new H1 stamp for my current employer?
My new passport doesnt have any stampings. My lawyer said that H1 visa stamping is not employer specific and I can travel with old stamping.
*Is that true?
There is note mentioned in the visa stamping as PN# ABC company. I guess thats the company name of the petitioner.
If I show my old passport, H1 visa stamping(from previous employer), current employer docs (all), and the new passport, then,
****WILL IT BE OK AT POE??
