H1 Visa Stamp - Mexico Passport Return

For all normal cases when visas stamping is approved, for consulates in Mexico do they return the passports back the same day in the afternoon or some days later?

I know consulates in Canada dont return them the same day usually, anyone know about Mexico, particularly Nogales?

With Matamoros, they usually give it the same day unless there are minor issues. Not sure about Nogales though.
