I will have completed six years on an H1B status in August 2003. Since my LC was filed in August 2001, I will be eligible for a seventh year H1B extension. Once I get the H1B 7th year extension approval notice from INS, can I get my visa revalidated at St. Louis? I have revalidated my H1B visa with St. Louis twice before.
ALSO: when applying for an H1 7th year extension, what kind of proof do I need to send to INS to show that my LC was filed more than 365 days before? I filed with NY Sesa, and they do not generate receipt notices.
