I am currently in the US and I had submitted my H1 VISA revalidation and during this time the non-refundable visa processing fee had been raised from $45 to $65, so, they refused and returned the application.
I reapplied this time, with another $20 (I did not receive my money order back from the state for the $45 and $75, I had send with my first application form). They have sent it back to me without the $75, $45 or $20 again asking for another $65 and then re-apply.
If I understand the non-refundable, does this mean I have to pay them every time they send it back to me ?
Any way, Can I ask for them to send my $75 back to me ? I am fed up and I am leaving the US soon, so, I don't think I want my visa to be stamped any more.
How would I go about getting the refund ?
