Folks my wife already applied for me like I-129 and I-130 but unfortunately I-129 has been denied due to some unknown reason and for which we never received the denial letter even and still my wife is struggling hard to get the denial letter but my I-130 is still in process.
Now the another issue is that few weeks back a contractor called me from States and he interviewed me and is very much interested in hiring me he is gonna give me the final call in next 2 weeks coz I am away on some project outside the country so I asked him to call me after 2 weeks now the scene is that my I-130 is already in process and I am scared to tell that guy that I am already married and my process in in the que dont know he might reject me and the other thing is that if I did't tell him about the marriage what will be consequences what should I Do..please need your advice.
Is this illegal thing to get H1 while your marriage immigration is in process..
