h1 visa LCA form eta 9035

I have applied new h1 through some consulting company ( premium processing)
They said LCA is approved and they sent me the LCA signed by officer.
But on the ETA form 9035 ,expiration date is 30-April-2004 .
I checked on doleta website . Even they have expiration date 30-April-2004 on ETA forms .
I asked my lawyer , he said We filledup the application what ever is available on doleta website . He said it wonot be problem.

Is it really a problem ?
Why didn't doleta update their form .

pl adivce me , i am worried

Need not worry. It is typical lazyness. It is approved and the officer is already signed. Don't worry about this and think about H1 approval.
