I have a H1B from company A. I have an offer to work for a Company B which is a startup that is in the very early stages of formation. I will not be compensated for the initial work but later on they plan to offer compensation as stock in the company. Can I work full time for Company A and part time for Company B (without pay) ? They would want me to sign a Non Disclosure as an employee of B.
