My question is can i do Locom or Moonlighting in other hospitals ie.. other then form where I have approved H1b, if yes then How.

No. Only you can work for your sponsered hospital. Unless the hospital has sister concern. If you caught in malpractice while working in different hospital other than sponser you will be really trouble
