Hey!! I have a specific question. I am a consultant working on a contract with the US Army. I already have an H1 issued through my employer. However, I intend to bid on this contract on my own and procure the contract. Now my dillema is how do I handle the H1 visa issue. Do I have to float a company do get myself an H1, or can I get this h1 transferred on the basis of my contract, which is 4 year contract.
