H1 visa agreement with company

Hi,
I have a question: if you have an offer for H1
and the company (Biotech)ask for two year contract to sign..and you have
joined the job but didn\'t liked it...can you leave that job in one to
two months/maximum six months to another job?? hope you got my question..reply in
detail..what is the H1 visa condition or is there any Law which will
dictate the candidate to stick to the company for 2 years if he has
signed before getting the job.
 
INS does not enforce contracts...

You can file for a H1 transfer thru another employer. Immigration law wise there is nothin illegal.

But if you violate your contract with your first employer you might be sued or harassed. This is a separate non-immigration issue.
