H1 very delayed

Hi all, I have H-4 Visa, then I got the Intern license as well as a Job offer from a pharmacy store here and they applied for my H1 visa. The problem is it is taking too much time to get the H1 Approved, the notice date was August 7th, and it has been 3 month since then and no decision yet for its approval.
Did any one had a similar problem??

I am not sure of all the details, but I\'ve heard you could begin working as soon as H-1 is filed. Check with your lawyer.
 
MKMA, How did you get Intern licence? Did uou pass FPGEE

Could you please tell me which state you are located in? I am also planning to apply for intern licence and Please give me details on how to apply.

Time to process H1 B for pharmacy intern.

Can anybody tell me how long it\'s going to take to process H1 B. for pharmacy internship in TEXAS??? Any help is truly appreciated.

For my wife, it was filed on Dec 13 and approved on April 30. More than 4 months. I guess it is better to call them or fax, in which case it could be expediated.
