H1 used 3 years and out..?

Physician finished residency on first ever H1 completed residency in three years (2004-2007) and moved out of the country ,if want to come back next year to start a job .What are the options I have ,again H1 from limited numbers or do i stand any other chance...?

For Indian born how much is the time frame to get a Green Card these days.

for india employment category for gc as per jan08 bulletin things are not good for eb-2 & eb-3. eb-1 is the only one which is current for this bulletin.
