H1 Trasfer Profit --->Non Profit ----> Profit

Hi all,
I was working for a Profit Company A and I transferred my H1 visa to a not-for-profit Company B last year, now I want to come back to for Profit Company C? will quota restrictions apply to me.
please let me know, Can transfer my H1 any time? or I need to wait until the new quota is available

I assume that you joined company B within 1 year after leaving company A... you should be ok ... you're counted towards the quota when you joined company A.
