Hi,
My H1 was filed in vermont center on the 1st of may and the receipt notice date was 9th of July.
I received a notice yesterday stating that my petition has been transferred to Nebraska center on the 1st of August. How much time will they take for approving my H1b...will the receipt notice date still be 9th July or will it shift to 1st August? Will it take 90 days more for the nebraska center to approve my H1B
