H1 transfer

Hello,

I have a question on H1 transfer. I am currently working with Company A on H1 and now have received an offer from Company B. Company B informs me that I can start work at their site once they file for the H1 transfer. They say that I do not need to wait for EAC, and can start work as soon as the transfer is filed. Is this true?

I am bit confused on this issue as I always believed that one can legally work once they get the EAC#.

Please advice. Any information will be appreciated.

Regards,

------- Make sure the petition package reaches BCIS service center check with fedex tracking

---- You can if you feel that petition is filed with latest pay stubs and you don’t have any past out of status violations

--- ---You are correct one needs to be sure by getting receipt notice, because many lawyer don’t send the petition on time if you believe in your lawyer or employer than you can join them when the petition is filed with BCIS if you don’t want to take risk then don’t inform your past employer and let the new employer file for H1 transfer and once get receipt join

Thanks for the information.

I greatly appreciate your advice.

Another question.
If the H1 transfer is filed without pay stubs, what are the consequences. Is it true that BCIS does not issue re-validated I94 in such cases and I need to go outside US to get the visa?

Please advice.

Thanks & Regards,
