H1 Transfer

I came to US on F1 and after completeing my MS got a job. About 3 months ago I got H1. Last week I got a better job offer and they are ready to transfer my H1. Should I ask them to file the application as premium? I was never out of status during my stay in US.
 
Yes you can opt for premium if you want... Since your earlier H1 has been approved their is no risk in going for premium processing
 
Thanks jaxen. Actually I wanted to know is it OK if I file normal? Will it be consider a new H1 and fall under new quota or my old H1 will roll over?
 
fromny can start working after H1 is filed ..

or after obtaining the reciept notice to be safe, which can happen in two weeks.
