Sir,
I have a H1 transfer applied by a company and i am currently working at he client place through the company. Its already been 90 days after filing and i haven't received the H1papers.
My questions is at this moment can i apply fro premium processing through the same company?
One more thing is i am planning to go to India to get married in October if i don't receive the H1 by that time what documents do i need to produce at the cosulate to get my wife's H4 visa. I have a valid H1 from my previous company. I really appreciate your help.
