H1 Transfer

Hi I have applied for H1B through company A in May 2002 . I haven't recieved it yet. Company B is willing to sponsor H1B for me. Am I eligible to do that ? If so what doucments they need to apply. I don;t have any paystubs after april 2002, Please advice ASAP

I don't know what prompts you to post your message here,
this is 485 issues in VSC .

Anyway, if you don't have recent paystubs , you get them at any cost from anywhere and if you can't, then you are at the mercy of INS, (oops I correct myself we are all at the mercy of INS in anycase , but having all papers makes your odds better)

Can I go ahgead to file new H1 with Current RECIET NO/
