Company A and B belongs to the same management. A is owned by husband and B is owned by wife. I was with A on H1-B. At the end of 3 yr term from A, they filed a H1B extension/transfer to B and there was a RFE. To be in safe grounds, I negotiated with Company C to file a H1B transfer from A and company C has filed a petition to transfer from A. Meanwhile we replied to the RFE for B and H1 got approved. I’m currently working for B and would like to continue working with them as I have my GC in process with them.
Now there is a RFE on Company C petition. If I ignore it without replying to this RFE, would there be any complications in the future? If yes, what complications do you think of? RFE copy has not come yet. If Company C willing to reply to this RFE and H1 gets approved, do you think of any complications? Please suggest!
