My new company is filing for my H1 transfer. Can some one advise, how soon do we get the receipt from INS
-----------you will not get reciept from INS as INS is no more you will get reciept from USCIS service center. After petition reach USCIS then it may take 12-15 days to get reciept
and when can I expect the new I-797?
-----If filed through Premium Processing then in 20-25 days or it may take 3-5 months. check the service center processing times
Do I need to go for stamping once again when I visit my home country later?
----------that depends if you have valid Visa thamp in passport when you want to reenter. you did not post till what date your visa stamp is valid and when you want go go out or come back.
