H1 transfer

I got my H1 visa through company A and transferred it to company B. I recently got a job offer in company C and have sent my papers for transfer and I should have a receipt for it in about 10 days. My question here is:

Can I give notice to my present employer (company B) because I have H1 approvals through 2 companies and even if they (company B) get it revoked, I will have a valid visa with company A (I know they did not get it cancelled) or will I be out of status?

it is safe to give notice after getting C's h1 receipt notice.

You are not working for A and you do not have A's pay stub at this point of time. You are employee of B only and you (comp B) paid fees to transfer yuor visa. You only can claim if you have not joined B at all.
