H1 Transfer

Hi,

I wanted to transfer my H1 to a new employer. Some how my current employer got to know about my transfer and didnt mail the Pay check which he had already generated for April month. I have all paystubs from April 04 (starting date) nthru March 05. How can I obtain my APrils pay check atleast the pay stub. Can I go ahead and transfer without that pay stub? Anybody faced such situations? Please let me know. I appreciate it.

can you share what happened with your case? I have heard that you need most recent paystub for a transfer (not more than 30 days old)

I just have two paystubs of different amount. The 1st one is a partial month salary.

How many pay stubs do we need for H1 transfer?
Does having two different amounts on paystubs affect my H1 transfer
