Hi,

I am in H1B visa. I work as a consultant. I am working in one project for about a month and this is my first job in the USA.

If I want to transfer my visa, how many paystubs should I possess from my current employer? The paystubs woudl be ossued once in a 2 weeks. So I will get 2 pay stubs per month. How many stubs should I need like that.

Will there be nay other legal issues on this?

Miminum 2 latest pay stub reqd, there is no legal issue involved.
