H1 Transfer

I work for company A and have another offer from company B (Small consulting company) based in california, hence i require my H1 visa to be transferred, I would really appreciate if people could share that they got their H1 transfer successfully through california center and they were employed by small consulting company.

The small company should running have office (inside and outside photos reqd) and provable project for you (contract). For you, you should have pay stub and required qualification and experience.
