Hi All,
My friend's H1 with Employer A was just approved, he has not started working with Employer A yet and he just received an offer from Employer B. Is it possible for him to transfer the H1 to Employer B without starting work for Employer A.
He is extremely concerned, so am I, and any help would be really appreciated.
