H1 Transfer without Paystub

If the employer is not running payroll and trying to pay the salary through cash/personal cheque, How to take legal action?

Is there anyway to Transfer the H1 to another company?

Do you have a contract? Make copies of the paychecks always. Show that as the evidence of payment, even if they are personal checks.
