I got I-485 denial letter. I am in 7th year ie finished my 6 yrs in June 2005. Got 7th year extention based on pending Labor from my previous employer.
I am in payroll of xxx company, but they have not yet given me H1 & H4 visa transfer receipts EAC numbers or notices yet. They told me they applied almost 4 weeks back. Till no receipts and no notices. They ran my payroll for last week of August only ie my starting of payroll. I have valid H1 & H4 visas from my previous employer till June 2006.
What happens if xxx company didn't apply my VISA TRANSFER?
Can I go back to my previous employer? Can I move to new employer to file my immigration in PERM? What are my chances of approval of H1 and Greencard from other employers? How does this effect in future?
Can I get H1 transfer to new employer based on xxx company paycheck (only one for a week) and previous employers paychecks without xxx company H1 Receipt?
What are the best options and good thing for me?
