I am an IT professional from Mumbai. I have got my H1-B stamped from an xyz consultant. Due to some critical personal reasons, I would not be able to fly with the consultant now however in this meantime I cannot afford to sit idle as I am in little fin. crunch as well.
My Options are as follows:

My Options are as follows:
- If I have to stay back here in India for 2-3 more months then I would not be able to join the new firm as this stint would be of only few months, which ruins my profile.
- I can join a firm which can send me on H1B later however CAN I TRANSFER H1B WITHOUT BEING ON BOARD?
- Any way out?
Please suggest.
