This case is for a friend of mine please help.
I started working with company A and they issued an H1 for me, later I changed to company B in Jan.and they transfered my H1 , the transfer is still pending and I have the receipt notice.and I have pay stubs from company B.
Now I got an offer from company C, can I make H1 transfer to company C with the pending H1 transfer for company B. Please help.
