H1 transfer with 2nd company

Hi,
I have applied for H1 transfer with
company A and I got my receipt number today.
Still searching for oppurtunities with company A.
Now I got cleared client interview
thru' company B and the company B told to do
H1 transfer on 3/19/04 (start filing to INS
by premium process)
Now I want to know,
- Is multiple H1 transfers are allowed ?
- Will I get clear my H1 transfer approval
with company B ? (I mean the H1 cap(quota)
will affect my transfer ?)

Please gimme some suggestions. So that I
make decision to continue work with either
company A or B ?
