H1 Transfer with 1 pay stub

My last pay stub -Period ending Jan 28th

I have done a 2 day project for which i will be getting a pay stub tommrow.


Between 28th Jan and May first week i have been on bench and therefore i havent got paid.

What paystubs should i show for H1 transfer to avoid any RFE

January pay stubs or just the 2 day latest paystub


I am still in status ?

Feb , Mar, April (more than 90 days) you are without pay check, how do you come to conclusion that you are in status.

You will face problem to transfer your H1 unless you find any valid reason
