I would like to enquire about the following:
My husband applied for h1 visa extension and got approval notice. He now wants to get transferred to another company, so he has to do a h1 transfer.
In the meantime,I had applied for h4 extension, but the case is still pending before immigration.
Now my question is:
1. Can I apply for h4 alongwith h1 transfer(while my old h4 is pending)?
2. Or can my husband apply for h1 transfer alone and let me wait for h4 approval before applying for new h4?
3. Or Should I leave the country, so that processing gets cancelled and he can apply for h1 transfer alongwith h4?
4. Any other options?
