Hi,
My husband has transferred H1 in the second week of arrival to USA without pay stubs and his case is still pending with California service center.
He has not even got the receipt for the same. But his employer has given him the WAC number.We have tracked the WAC# and it is saying Case received and pending.
He has got a project from new employer and is working there.
Me and my son wanted to join him there. we have H4 visa stamped from previous employer.
My questions are..
Can we travel to USA with old employer H4 Visa?
What documents I need to carry with me when i m traveling to USA?
Do at immigration check they will ask for pay stubs of my husband?
