H1 transfer when the first one is in process

I switched over to a new company and they have filed for my H1 transfer. Due to some reasons I have to leave this company and I have an offer from another company.
Can the 2nd company file for my H1? Would there be any issues with my status?

I would really appreciate any responses to my query.

your 3rd company (not 2nd company) can do it? How long are you with company 2? How many pay checks did you receive?
If your asnwers are not favorable, you may face problem in transfering your H1.
I would really appreciate any responses to my query.

I have not received any paycheck from my 2nd company but they are willing to stop my H1 transfer and willing callback the papers filed if the 3rd company is ready for transfer.
Does that help in the smooth transfer of H1 to the 3rd company?

Per above situation ,you can transfer to Company 3 with no problem.
