Hi, Needed a second opinion... Heres my Situation
I had H1B from company A dated till March 13th 2005... I applied H1B extension of Stay from Company B on 10th Of Jan 2005. Got an RFE on 18th March and finally got approval on 9th June 2005. Approval came with a New I-94 and approved dates between 9th June 2005 to 2nd Jan 2008.
My guess was that it should have dates from 14th March onwards since my I-94 expired on 13th March and I inquired with my attorney who said this is fine. I don't want to question my attorney because it no one else but Sheela Murthy's Office...
Now I am planning to goto India for Stamping in Nov and am little scared about all this dates issue... Just wanted a second opinion does this dates just fine? Will Counselor in India can deny a Visa based on this dates... And am i considered Out of status from period of 13th march to 9th June ...
