H1 Transfer... Very Very Urgent, Need Help

Hi,

I got my H1 stamped 4 weeks before only from Company A. I have some misunderstanding from company A and I got the offer from company B. They are ready to transfer my H1. So I wanted to know :

1. Is there any risk in that,

2. I am in India and never travelled on that H1 to US, so is it possible to transfer.

3. I should go for transfer in India itself or I should go to US and then apply for transfer ?
In both the cases what will be the impact or risk on my current H1 status ?

4. If my H1 transfer gets rejected then whether my current H1 will be valid, is there any way that company A comes to know about this ?

Please help me out in this regard... It is very urgent as I need to take the decision very soon.

2. I am in India and never travelled on that H1 to US, so is it possible to transfer. You can not transfer your H1 to comp B until you enter into US and get a I 94 card at the port of entry with caveat H1 on it.
3. I should go for transfer in India itself or I should go to US and then apply for transfer ?

To transfer from Comp A to Comp B you have to prove that you are working with Comp A in H1 status, only proof is your pay stub. Without that transfer is not possible. Without pay stub, You will get only new H1 with that you can not work, you have to go out of US and re-enter to get your new I 94 to start working.
4. If my H1 transfer gets rejected then whether my current H1 will be valid, is there any way that company A comes to know about this ?
