H1 transfer-valid visa stamping on passport-going out of US

Hi ,
I have transfered my H1 to a new company , and i still have the
valid visa stamping on my pasport (from old company) valid till Aug 2006 .
I have got my new H1 also approved with I-94 . Now i am planning
to go out of US , while coming back do i need to have visa
stamping with new H1 or my old stamping will be sufficient .
Probably my old employer has cancelled my H1 also , If that makes
any difference .
If i dont need new stamping , while entering US do i need to show
my new H1 .

------------------- you can come to US by old company valid Visa stamp at POE show your passport visa AND new H1 approval of new company and you will get new I-94 till new H1 approval notice, check the I-94 expiry date at POE if mistake point out to officer
Probably my old employer has cancelled my H1 also , If that makes
any difference .
------------ he can only cancell H1 petition by writing to USCIS and not visa stamp visa stamp is is under DOS
If i dont need new stamping , while entering US do i need to show
my new H1 .
---------------- YES( also keep new employer letter and show Only if asked)

Hi,

I am also seeking answer for similar question only in my case it is H4.

So assuming Ginnu's reply I think it is ok if I don't get my new H4 visa stamped.

I would like to ask Ginnu if he has done this himself any time?

------ if your spouse is on Valid H1 status of new company and you have valid H4 visa stamp with name his of past employer and you have valid H4 visa stamp then you can enter US on H4 status and at POE show your H4 valid visa stamp AND your spouse Valid H1 approval notice and you will get I-94 till your Spouse H1 approval notice
I would like to ask Ginnu if he has done this himself any time?
--- i have not done this, but this can be done and is legal and includes Marathi Manus
