h1 transfer to company B then part-time with company a

Hi,

My wife had her H1 transferred to Company B from Company A. Now, her Company A is asking if she could do part time job with them. Is this allowed?

Let me know please. Thanks!

No, Yes if

No she can not do.
However if she get another H1 (concurrent h1B), she can work for company A also part time.

Why you want your wife to work?
- are you handicapped- unable to feed family as family head
- are you a lion( will relax and sleep while lioness hunt for food in all ways)
- aren't yoy able to control your wife
- want to have more money soon with a female help
