H1 transfer to another school while I-140 pending?

I am a postdoc in school A with my first year of H1 visa. I am going to school B after 4 months (The H1 visa transfer application has been submitted).

I plan to submit my NIW application in this month. I figure it is very likely my I-140 will still be pending when I move. My question is, is there any potential problems or issues (about H1 visa or NIW) I should be aware of? (My research area in these two schools are related but not directly connected.)

Another related question is, should premium process be generally considered? or it should be used only under certain conditions?

Any comment is welcome! Thanks so much.

Dont think you should have any problems transfering jobs with a NIW 140 pending. They have not introduced premium processing on NIW yet, so you have no choice. Currently it takes about 6 months (TSC) to more than a year (NSC) for NIW 140s.

1). I don't think it is a problem except some `communication problem' with USCIS which may arise due to address change.
2). Premium processing for I-140 has been suspended for quite a while- not sure when it will be restored
3). Premium processing was not available for NIW any way- it was available only for EB1-EA, EB1-OR, EB2-Labor (and EB3 ?).

Hi;
there is absolutely no problem in changing universities or even moving to any company as long as you do not change your field. File AR11 for address change and that is all you need to do.
