I am working for company A, and would like to transfer my H1 to company B but want to join company B only after transfer approval.
to take an example:
i work for company A today, July 26, and I want to start at Company B asap but I want to give my current employer a 2 wk notice also. I want
to give this notice only after h1 transfer approval(assuming I am doing premium transfer). I guess it boils down to can I specify a date for transfer to take effect say Sep 1 in this case.
