I have a question about H1 Transfer.
I am right now on my H1 for a company-A and i would like to transfer to another company-B from Dec 1st .
My Question is Does the Company-A H1 cancels when company-B H1 Approves. or Will i have 2 H1's ?
Can anyone please clarify my doubt.It is very Urgent.
I am planning to india in dec . Can i travel while my H1 is in transfer.
Can i come back on Company-A H1 from India ?
