My previous H1B visa from company A was expired Feb 01 2003. I applied for a H1 transfer with company B on Jan 25 2003.
Now i got an RFE asking for previous employment details and last four paystubs from most recent employer.
I have following questions.
1. When they ask for paystubs from most recent employer, is it Company A or B?
2. Also can i apply for H1 transfer with another company C meanwhile (i.e without waiting for the current filed petition)
Any info from people who had this kind of problem would be really helpful
