H1 transfer RFE

I have a serious RFE on H1b transfer and in that they questioned the company that whether they are employer/agent and also on occupation whether it is speciality occupation.Whether the post was existing at the time of applying of visa.They aslo asked bout the history of employment.I don't have any problem when i last time transferred the visa.Its alomost 4 months and the visa transfer process is still going on.

I am really tensed on this.

Please suggest what are the chances for visa approval?.

I am alos in the same situation..What happened to ur RFe??.
