i am planning to transfer from company A to company B
i plan to move to company B from 15 of the month
1-15 for company A and 15-30 for company B
i plan to do this with the same client and change my employer.
my question here is do i have to inform company A bout my h1 transfer.
in doing so he will not pay me or delay my payment for 1-15. which gets paid on 31.

if i donot inform him there is a chance for him to pay me for 15 - 30 also
since i get paid on bench.

is there a way i can stop him from running my payroll for 15 - 30 which gets paid on 16 of next month.

i know we cannot work for two companies at same time what step should i take so that i can transfer to company B and have even my money that i worked for company A.

what i donot want os two companies A and B running payroll for me for the period of 15 - 30

Please let me know, Thanks

If your employment contract is 'at will' then you can submit resignation with or without notice period. Yes, you can initiate the H-1B transfer without informing the employer A and start working for employer B after receiving the receipt notice.

Thanks for the information ,

I have signed on a consultant acknowledgement while working for company A
which is the subcontractor to company C that i will not directly or indirectly seek employment to client of company C

My question is legeal action possible if i move to company B and Work for Client directly .

Will this agreement stand as i am moving to Company B.

In the agreement it clearly states Subcontractor and Consultant donto directly seek or accept employment.

I am new and will these agreements Stand and Legal action can be taken. Please let me know
