H1 transfer receipt

Hi,

Does anyone know how long is it taking to receive receipt for H1 transfer? Last year it used to 3 -5 days. My new employer filed it early this month and we haven't yet received the receipt. Did it take more than 2 weeks for someone to receive receipt number?
