H1 transfer - receipt timing for regular/Premium process

Hi,
How many days will it take to get
the receipt number by regular & premium
process for H1 transfer?
I understand that premium process
will take only 15 days to transfer but
to get receipt number also is it fast ?

In PP most of the time (if all doc are correct) ....they would have processed the application even before your attorney gets the receipt #.
