H1 Transfer to a company with no H1

i need to transfer my H1 to a company who do not have any H1 so far...i will be their first case....

any idea what kind of paper work is needed for transfer?

do they have to give Advt, apply for LC etc??

The procedure for H1 transfer is same as getting a new H1b.
No need of any advt, but LCA/PW is must.
If it is new company it is advisable go through a knowledgeble attorney.
