Just to add. She has her EAC case number. And the USCIS online says she has been approved of the extension since June this year. Her Company A says they didn't get the NOA. Maybe they are just trying to scare us.
So she just need to give the EAC Number to her Company B? Is that what you mean? Let me know please.
Present Company is just lieing. Give this number to your new employer for transfer.
