My H1B transfer application was submitted 4 months ago. Few days ago INS sent a letter to my lawyer asking him "Why i need to have a degree to work as a Senior Developer". My lawyer ,in his application, should have used the word "Analyst Programmer" instead of using "Senior Developer".
INS people dont have technical knowledge about professions and they rely on their own offical list of professions. My lawyer is going to prepare the response soon. Kindly tell me ,in your opinion, what could be the worse case scenario?
