H1 transfer problem.

I am now working in company A. I got a job offer from company B a few weeks ago. Company B submitted a H1 tranfer on my behalf yesterday, and I will start working there in a few weeks. But now I got a job interview with company C, which is the company I really want to go.

So my question is if I get offer from company C before my H1 approval with company B. Can I submit another H1 transfer or I have to wait for approval of current H1 transferl?

No. You don't have to wait for the previous approval. You can file a transfer rightaway. But you just need to make sure that the transferring from company is correct.
